About Us
The Western Cape Resort Association was founded on 26 October 2001 when resort managers expressed their need for such a professional association. The association consists of Holiday Resorts from both the private and public sector. The emphasis in the accommodation industry is greatly focused on highly rated resorts in the Western Cape offering camping, glamping, self-catering cottages and other recreational facilities. Whilst it is evident that the local camping market is growing at an astronomical pace mainly accommodating the local market, we are experiencing a big boost in international motorhome travellers . The Western Cape Resort Association is the voice for these resorts and their staff and owners.
